Breathwork, the new breath that frees the emotions. Based on four pillars, namely Meditation, Reiki, Coaching and Breathwork, Susan Oubari's training triggers a positive transformation process and massive personal change.
The sessions offered:
- Meditation : allows you to focus on your breath and simply be aware of the action of breathing in and out in order to relax and remove any feelings of panic and anger.
- Reiki : means "universal energy" and is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation to activate the body's natural healing processes and restore physical and emotional well-being.
- Coaching : aims to help you adopt a positive state of mind, to love yourself, to discover your true goals and the meaning you want to give to your life.
- Breathwork : can help improve the functioning of all organs to promote better sleep, facilitate the detoxification process, increase energy and endurance for physical performance.
