It is possible to privatize Pavillon Rive Gauche as both an individual or a company. It is therefore possible to organize a wide range of events thanks to the locations modular configuration, two main and separate floors and large authorised operating hours.

Whether for a professional event such as press days, product presentations, pop-up stores, Fashion Week showrooms, concerts, art exhibitions, vernissage, filming sessions, photo shoots, conferences, cultural events, etc
Or for a private event such as weddings, religious celebrations, birthdays, etc.

The Pavillon Rive Gauche will adapt to your needs. The space can be privatized with or without additional services such as catering and furniture depending on the needs and your budget. How it works ?

Schedule a visit with one of our team members or if you cannot make it to Paris, schedule an online visit by video conference in your local language. In addition to French, our dedicated team speaks English, Russian, Arabic, Phlipin, Italian and Chinese.
Choose from any additional services provided according to your needs (accompaniment, production, security, receptionist / cloakroom service, caterer, DJ, photographer, florist, etc.)
Confirmation of the reservation by email and sign a contract
Come back for the technical visit before your event

The rental includes:

Professional adjustable and dimmable spotlights, a warm LED lighting system and a hanging rail system, 380v and RJ45 electrical outlets, an elevator, a large door opening for vehicles, a 300pax WIFI box, a centralized sound system, an access ramp, a city garbage bin , and underground parking nearby.
